Lava eSports Centre, Sheffield is pleased to announce that we will be holding a League of Legends tournament starting on the 9th of March.

What’s more is that we’ve put together tempting prizes of up to £500 for the winners.

1st place £300 cash + £200 worth of Lava gaming vouchers
2nd place £150 cash + £100 worth of Lava gaming vouchers
3rd place £100 cash + £50 worth of Lava gaming vouchers

All players who make the semi-finals will also receive free gifts.

Teams consist of between 5-6 players and must have registered and paid for their entry by the 7th of March.

The group games get underway this week from Tuesday the 10th of March and are played online. We will update you on the fixture page as to the results.

The first part of the tournament will consist of a group stage where teams will compete against other teams in their group to try and claim the top two group places and qualify for the quarter finals. The team who finishes top of their group will play a second placed team from another group and vice versa.

The group stages are played remotely. If you choose to play group matches at Lava, gaming fees still apply. Please book in advance to secure your seats. The knockout stages are played at Lava eSports Centre on the 14th and 15th of March. The knockout stage matches are free for all the qualified teams.
